Abstract

In the model of zero-range potential the authors have theoretically investigated the influence of an external electric field on the photoionization spectra of the D–-center of the resonant impurity level in the quantum molecule during dissipative tunneling. It is shown that the quantum-dimensional Stark effect appears in a red shift of the photoionization threshold, as well as in increase of the oscillator strength of the dipole optical transition. The researchers have investigated an electro-absorption dichroism of the impurity, the change in selection rules for the oscillator quantum numbers. Photoionization spectra is highly sensitive to the parameters of the dissipative tunneling.

Key words

resonant impurity states, dissipative tunneling, quantum molecule, photoionization spectrum of the D–-center of the resonant impurity level, impurity of electrooptical absorption.
